1 – COPYRIGHT – LINKS TO EXTERNAL SITES

All elements appearing on the Site (still images, animated images, databases, brands, illustrations, logos, designs, models, layouts, downloadable documents) are protected as intellectual works by French and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. Certain sections of the Site are accessible only to exhibitors at trade fairs organized by GROUPE MONITEUR and are available using an identifier and an access code communicated by GROUPE MONITEUR.

User Obligations:

The user agrees to comply with applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular not to use the Site and its services to write, transmit, or communicate any illicit message, information, or content of any nature whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any message, information, or content that is offensive, insulting, defamatory, abusive, violent, obscene, or pornographic, or that includes incitement to discrimination or hatred based on race, religion, sex, or other grounds, incitement to commit crimes or offenses, or glorification of crimes, or that is likely to impair the operation of computer systems. The user agrees not to violate competition law.

Similarly, the user agrees to respect the rights of third parties, including the right to privacy and all intellectual property rights (copyright, related rights, database rights, trademark rights, patent rights, designs, trade secrets, etc.). The user further agrees not to impersonate any person, attribute, or identifier that could mislead or create confusion regarding their identity.

Finally, the user agrees not to distribute unsolicited messages of an advertising, promotional, chain letter, or other nature via the Site.

The user is solely responsible for their use of the Site and its services.
