7 areas dedicated to demonstrations and speeches

Welcome to the 7 areas of the Salon des Sports et Parasports: the Refuge dedicated to mountain sports (new in 2025), the Sports Arena for enlightening conferences on the challenges of sport, and the 5 Vis Ton Sport, each showcasing a specific aspect of sport. 7 areas where you can immerse yourself in the world of French sport, find answers to your questions and make progress on key issues in sport in consultation with all the stakeholders.

New for 2025:
the mountain sports refuge

    Formats: Exhibition, speeches, demonstrations

    In 2025, the Fair inaugurated the Mountain Sports Hub, a space entirely dedicated to mountain sports.
    This space has made it possible to:

    • Discover and promote mountain practices throughout the region
    • Highlighting the specific challenges facing mountain areas: environment, tourism, development, energy efficiency
    • Promote innovative solutions to the challenges of nature and mountain sports

      The Sports Arena

      Formats: Speeches, lectures, panels, debates

      By 2025, the Sports Arena had become a space for dialogue and collaboration, bringing together all stakeholders in the sports world. It provided an opportunity to thoroughly address major issues related to sports policies and physical activity at the local level.

      The presentations highlighted several key themes:

      • Programs and initiatives to promote sports participation.
      • Local sports facilities and equipment.
      • Spaces and venues for physical activity and sports.
      • Development of parasports and inclusive sports.
      • Sport & health, prevention, and well-being.
      • Sports and active populations (youth, seniors, adults, competitors, schoolchildren, etc.)
      • Citizenship and sports values.
      • Youth and social integration through sport.
      • Related developments and trends.

      The “Vis Ton Sport” Areas

      Formats: Demonstrations and events

      During the 2025 edition, five “Vis Ton Sport” areas allowed visitors to discover the evolution of various sports practices through immersive demonstrations.
      These spaces showcased numerous activities, each accompanied by its dedicated equipment and gear, offering a concrete and vibrant experience of the diversity of sport.

      The multi-sport court:

      A multi-purpose area for discovering and engaging in different activities.

      The urban pratice area:

      A space for physical activity and self-expression in urban environments..

      The nature and outdoor sports fields:

      A space that highlights the connection between well-being, movement, and nature, while promoting a free, accessible, and inclusive practice.”

      The petanque court: 

      A friendly space where the joys of pétanque blend into a festive atmosphere.

      The ninja course:

      An energizing space designed to challenge agility, coordination, strength, and balance.

      The Sports and Parasports Exhibition also hosted the Sports and Territories Forum.

      Sports & Territoires, in partnership with sports professional networks, is working to build the post-2024 legacy by organising this forum, which includes a round table and conferences on high-stakes issues.
