New for 2025:
The mountain sports refuge
In 2025, the Sports and Parasports Show will be putting the spotlight on mountain sports in a way that has never been done before, with the aim of: discovering and promoting mountain sports throughout the country, highlighting the specific challenges facing mountain regions: environment, tourism, development, energy sobriety and promoting innovative solutions to meet the challenges of mountain sports.
Together, we can rise to any sporting challenge!
Changes in sporting practices, climate change and the emergence of more responsible tourism are profoundly transforming the balance in France’s mountain regions. Against this backdrop of transition – and in the run-up to the 2030 Winter Olympics – the Salon des Sports et Parasports 2025 is offering an unprecedented focus on mountain sports, going well beyond traditional winter activities.
Trail running, climbing, ice cross, thermoludism, health trails… The disciplines are diversifying and opening up to all types of public: families, schoolchildren, athletes, senior citizens, people with disabilities…
An immersive, lively and dynamic space will host conferences, demonstrations, exhibitions and discussion forums. Designed as a meeting point for companies, local authorities and sports players, it will highlight new ways of experiencing, imagining and developing sports at altitude, whether gentle or extreme, summer or winter.
