In 2023, the sports sector of the Salon des Maires was transformed into a stand-alone exhibition. It reflects the growing interest of visitors and exhibitors in the new challenges facing the world of sport.
It’s a show that fits in with the dynamic of the Exhibition for Mayors and Local Authorities, while asserting its own specificity.
Sport at the heart of public policy and social issues :
- 80 % of sports facilities are publicly funded.
- The event encourages the building of links with local authorities, associations and private partners, all of whom are committed to developing sporting activities that are accessible to all, in all regions.
- It is also an opportunity to create synergies with the other exhibitions and sectors present (construction, energy, environment, etc.), for a cross-disciplinary and regional approach to sport.
