Winners of the 2024 Sports Innovation Award

The Sports and Parasports Show’s Sports Innovation Awards competition recognizes innovative solutions or collaborations with local authorities.

They recognize innovative products, equipment, materials, technologies, or services first marketed in the 12 months preceding the 2024 edition of the Show; and innovative products, equipment, materials, technologies, or services developed in collaboration with a local authority and marketed in the 12 months preceding the 2024 edition of the Show.

After deliberation by the jury composed of expert personalities, representatives of the institutional partners of the Sports and Parasports Exhibition and the official partner of the Awards ceremony, The Sports Actors Club, the 5 winners are now known!

Category: DEVELOPMENT OF SPORTS & ACTIVE PRACTICES

Winner:

NATIONAL SPORTS AGENCY
in collaboration with Paris 19ème
for “Team Go Girls”, the program designed for and by young girls to get them moving more every day!

Two five-month experimental phases were conducted between 2023 and 2024, involving 1,240 young girls in priority areas of Greater Paris. The project is structured around four pillars: defining a panel of young girls, implementing sports activities, measuring effectiveness, and creating a guide for local authorities. The young people were monitored via smartwatches and apps, with regular events taking place. Results: 66% of participants practiced 60 minutes of sport daily.

Category: MODERNIZATION OF SPORTS FACILITIES IN FAVOR OF THE ECOLOGICAL TRANSITION

Winner:

ECOFILAE
in collaboration with the city of Vittel
for the reuse of water at the Vittel sports complex.

ECOFILAE conducted a site feasibility study on the municipal sports complex focusing on the reuse of non-conventional, decentralized water (swimming pool, roof, and gray water).
The assessment revealed a high-potential REUSE opportunity: watering the golf course and stadiums with water from swimming pools and building roofs. ECOFILAE recommended focusing on a water-saving scenario of more than 10,000 m3 of drinking water per year.

Category: ACCELERATION AND DEPLOYMENT OF INCLUSIVE PRACTICES

Winner:

NOVOSPORT
for the Novosports Association, which develops innovative practices such as BaskIN, inclusive volleyball and Boccia, to promote diversity and sporting inclusion.

Since its inception, the Novosports association has been implementing new, innovative sports practices called “inclusive.” Basketball, inclusive volleyball, and inclusive boccia are all new physical and sporting activities that Novosports puts into practice on a daily basis. This innovative form of practice aims to combine, on the same field and at the same time, people with motor disabilities, intellectual disabilities, sensory disabilities, and people without disabilities.

for SerrurePadel, an autonomous access management and lighting solution for padel courts

SerrurePadel is a solution for managing access and lighting for padel courts. Players book and immediately receive their unique, temporary access to the padel court and lighting for the duration of the game.
Neop has become a benchmark for sports clubs with its unique and adaptive integration with booking platforms. We started with tennis, and today we’re expanding to padel with a unique solution.
